At Cart Nexa General Trading LLC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return request is raised within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered.
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, installed, or partially consumed items.
- Custom-made or special order products.
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation.
- All items once installed, used or packet is opened.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email or phone with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review and approve the request within 1–2 working days
Once approved:
- Customer may need to arrange return delivery, or our team will schedule pickup (depending on location and order type)
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following terms:
- Refunds are issued after product inspection and approval
- Processing time: 5–10 working days
- Refund method: Original payment method (for card/bank payments) and Bank transfer (for COD orders)
- Return Charges-If the return is due to our error (wrong /damaged item).
- Free return & full refund: Return Charges-If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- Delivery & return charges will be deducted If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong selection)
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
- Exchange follows the same approval process as returns.
- Important Notes: please inspect items at the time of delivery.
- Report damages within 24 hours for quick resolution.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or improper installation.
- Bulk orders and B2B transactions may have separate return terms based on agreement.
